Hi, I'm Alex.

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, a graduate in Kinesiology (B.S.), and a Physical Therapy student. I've spent years studying the human body and coaching people to move better, build strength, and feel at home in their bodies again.

Movement is medicine. I don't just train you to look good — I train you to feel good, prevent injury, and protect your long-term health.

That's why I built TMPLO Movement — as a fully remote coaching practice. Your body is a temple, given to you by God, and you only get one. We steward it well so we can be present in the lives of the people we love and the people we serve.

Together, we'll build a realistic remote plan that fits your schedule and helps you move, feel, and perform better — whether you train at home, at the gym, or on the road. Everything is delivered 100% online. No in-person required.

Do I need gym experience?+

Not at all. Remote programs are designed around your current fitness level — whether you're new to training or have been at it for years.

What if I have pain or movement limitations?+

I'll build a remote program that respects your pain or limitations and still trains the rest of your body to keep you strong and progressing.

Will you solve my pain?+

I can't guarantee I'll eliminate pain from previous injuries — I'm not a physical therapist (yet), so I can't diagnose or prescribe treatment. I can prescribe targeted exercises that improve biomechanics, joint strength, and posture.

How much time do I need?+

Most remote clients train 3–6 days per week. We'll match the volume to your real schedule.

What does online coaching cost?+

Remote coaching is a flat $200/month — everything included. No hidden fees, no upsells.

Is this only remote / online?+

Yes — 100%. All coaching is delivered remotely through the HubFit app, video calls, and phone check-ins. You can train at home, at the gym, or on the road. There are no in-person sessions.

Do I need a lot of equipment?+

No. Dumbbells, bands, or even just bodyweight will work. I do recommend dumbbells up to ~50 lbs, mini-bands, and a cable machine if possible.
