I'll build a remote program that respects your pain or limitations and still trains the rest of your body to keep you strong and progressing.
I can't guarantee I'll eliminate pain from previous injuries — I'm not a physical therapist (yet), so I can't diagnose or prescribe treatment. I can prescribe targeted exercises that improve biomechanics, joint strength, and posture.
Most remote clients train 3–6 days per week. We'll match the volume to your real schedule.
Remote coaching is a flat $200/month — everything included. No hidden fees, no upsells.
Yes — 100%. All coaching is delivered remotely through the HubFit app, video calls, and phone check-ins. You can train at home, at the gym, or on the road. There are no in-person sessions.
No. Dumbbells, bands, or even just bodyweight will work. I do recommend dumbbells up to ~50 lbs, mini-bands, and a cable machine if possible.
